You yourself, don't have an empty warning history and wouldn't want to be reduced from being a content creator, the staff team's golden retriever (insider joke I'm not flaming here), a person that created content to help people make awesome character pages etc. Claiming that toxicity is an issue that only occurs in some individuals (in which case their removal would be a simple solution, right?) is a gross oversimplification of the topic. Now while we sanction rulebreaks regardless of rank, years of membership or border colour, there is an important difference between a community member that used to be active and invested a lot of time and passion into the server, and a troll that causes havoc simply for the sake of it.

The permanent removal of a community member is a big deal and nothing that is ever done with joy or light-hearted. It is a system that requires patience and manpower, but is something we believe to be worth the effort as mistakes are human and happen on both the sides (community members & staff team). The pointing system on DayZRP allows community members to keep track of their current points and serves as an early warning system for them to know when their behaviour is becoming inacceptable to the point where their removal has to be discussed (or is induced by themselves by overstepping the magical threshhold of 30 warning points). 'Why are we not more strict when it comes to this type of behaviour?'

'Why do we not simply remove every community member that shows toxic behaviour?' and In your post you are essentially asking these two questions: Politeness and maturity are the basic conditions that all of you can be expected to meet, regardless of what experiences you have made here in the past. While some community members might have more experience regarding the following topics, I'd also like to point out that noone's opinion is more valuable than the one of another community member, regardless of rank, years of membership or border colour. Wether you happen to agree or disagree with any statement made by another community member or the staff team, you are welcome to share your thoughts in a constructive manner, as long as the conversation remains respectful and polite. As this thread has already sparked heated discussions mere hours after it was created, I'd like to remind everyone that having a strong opinion about a topic does not grant you immunity against our rules.
